Die Anki Bildverdeckung ist ideal für visuelle Lerninhalte wie Anatomie, Diagramme oder Abläufe.
Richtig eingesetzt ein klares Plus beim Lernen. Es folgt eine fokussierte Anleitung zum Bilder abdecken in Anki.
Bildverdeckung in Anki – Überblick & Auffinden
- In neueren Anki-Versionen als eigener Notiztyp integriert.
- Drücke im Startbildschirm oder in einem deiner Stapel auf Hinzufügen (Shortcut: Taste A)
- Auswahl über Typ (grüner Pfeil) → Bildverdeckung (oranger Pfeil).
Vorbereitung des Bildes
- Wenn du etwas Zeit hast und der Lernstress gerade nicht überhand nimmt, macht eine kurze Vorbereitung des Bildes deine Karteikarten besser.
- Ziel: maximale Reduktion von Kontext und Ablenkung.
- Entferne Informationen, die nicht gelernt werden sollen oder zu viel Kontext liefern.
- Geeignete Tools: z. B. Skitch oder vergleichbare Bildeditoren.
Bild importieren
- Bild auswählen → Bild vom Desktop oder aus einem Ordner laden.
Chunking – didaktisches Kernprinzip
- Das „heilige Prinzip des Chunkings“ gilt auch hier = Information in gut verdaulichen Happen abfragen.
- Dafür möglichst Einzelinformationen verdecken. Also lieber mehr Verdeckungen pro Bild als wenige große Verdeckungen, unten denen sich viele Infos verbergen.
- Das entspricht neurowissenschaftlichen Prinzipien von guten Karteikarten (bzw. guter Informations-Abfrage) – was deine Abrufleistung steigert.
Verdeckungen erstellen
- Werkzeug Rechteck (grüner Pfeil) auswählen.
- Mit Rechtecken die zu lernenden Inhalte verdecken
(z. B. versorgende Arterien der Schilddrüse; A. thyreoidea ima hier nicht abgebildet). - Größe der Rechtecke über die blauen Anfasser anpassen.
- Alternativ können auch Ellipse oder Vieleck genutzt werden.
- Wichtig: Boxen möglichst gleich groß halten, um Kontext-Hilfen zu vermeiden.
- Rechtecke mit D duplizieren → spart Zeit.
- Hier dasselbe Bild mit Verdeckungen:
Karten-Erstellungsmodi
- Aus vier Rechtecken entstehen so vier Karten.
- Dafür, wie die Karten letztendlich angezeigt werden, gibt es zwei grundlegende Modi (sog. Bildverdeckungsmodus).
- Auswahl über Klick auf folgendes Symbol (grüner Pfeil):
Alles verdecken, eins raten (Hide All, Guess One)
- Nur das abgefragte Objekt wird gezeigt, der Rest bleibt verdeckt.
- In der Praxis meist die beste Wahl, um Ablenkung zu minimieren.
Eins verdecken, eins raten (Hide One, Guess One)
- Nur das zu lernende Objekt ist verdeckt, alle anderen Boxen verschwinden.
Der Modus ist nachträglich änderbar:
- Während Karte gelernt wird → E drücken → auf Symbol drücken und Modus ändern.
- Änderung gilt für alle Karten des Bildes.
Karte erzeugen
- Hinzufügen klicken oder Cmd + Enter / Strg + Enter drücken.
- Ergebnis: Aus jeder Verdeckung wird eine einzelne Karte (im oberen Beispiel also 4). Das Bild ist dabei eine einzelne Notiz, aus der 4 Karten entstanden sind.
Karteikarten Überschrift und Hintergrundwissen hinzufügen
- Du kannst den Bildern, auf denen die Verdeckungen sind, Überschriften geben. Diese sind genau oberhalb des Bildes zu sehen.
- Dafür während der Kartenerstellung auf folgendes Symbol für den sog. Maskeneditor klicken (grüner Pfeil):
- Was du in die Kopfzeile einfügst, wird zur Überschrift.
- Rückseite Extra, ist für Zusatzinformationen, die angezeigt werden, nachdem du die Karten beantwortet hast.
- Informationen in Kommentare ist nur sichtbar, wenn du die Karte über Taste E oder in der Kartenverwaltung betrachtest.
Mehrere Verdeckungen zu einer Karte zusammenfassen
- Ziel: Mehrere oder alle Verdeckungen gleichzeitig aufdecken.
- Vorgehen:
- Gewünschte Verdeckungen mit gedrückter Shift-Taste auswählen.
- Der blaue Rahmen um die Boxen wird dabei schrittweise größer.
- Anschließend G drücken → Verdeckungen werden zu einer Gruppe zusammengefasst
(z. B. letzte Schritte der Vitamin-D-Synthese).
- Klickst du jetzt Hinzufügen oder Cmd + Enter / Strg + Enter, wird aus der gesamten Gruppe nur eine einzige Karte🤯.
Anekdote – Ursprung aus dem früheren Add-on
Die heutige Bildverdeckung in Anki basiert funktional auf dem früher weit verbreiteten Add-on Image Occlusion Enhanced. Dessen Funktionalität wurde nahezu vollständig übernommen und direkt in Anki integriert. Der entscheidende Fortschritt: native Integration, höhere Stabilität und automatische Bildskalierung.

I try to keep my mornings very clean from distraction (cellphone), do a little yoga and drink water – just that. I delay my breakfast for 1-2h. I do research first and then try to write scripts for the articles, podcasts, videos:) I try to use my cellphone only when I have finished something.
